Very charming orange wine
It lives on a marvellous balance between the slightly sweet oxidative notes on the nose and the little tannin in the palate
Very complex on the nose
From white plum, grape, ginger, the branch of liquorice, white pepper and lots more
Mouth is enjoyable, but not reflecting the expectations of the nose. A bit feeble in the mid palate and not super long
Apparently not an exceptional vintage for Damjan that can can definitely do better than this
He is indeed one of my favourite orange wine producers of that area🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍

Deep, rich, floral and savory. Reminding me of an aged chinon Blanc with savory herbs, wool, white pepper, peach, crushed stone, and floral undergrowth. Silky, weighty, and smooth on the palate, with ripe stone fruits, crushed flower petals, and hints of raw honey with perfectly balanced acidity and an incredibly long floral finish.
