May 10th, 2015Forget all the expensive wines. When good Cru Beaujolais hits, almost nothing is as good. Paired with pan seared salmon, lentils and acorn squash with garam masala. This wine offers aromas of forest fruits, graphite/black minerals and a seamless texture from entry to finish. Just singing right now.

Color now deeper garnet. That beautiful floral yet earthy nose of matured crushed dark flowers. Great texture and complexity on palate with long finish. Be interesting to comp with Lapieere Morgon. Yum.

Holy crap, so f-ing good!! Fresh strawberries and raspberries that morph into notes of dried flowers, finally finishing with a crisp granite minerality. Beautiful Beaujolais, drink now and drink often!

Nov 11th, 2015Fantastic. Nice blend of good young gamay red fruit with a touch of age. Low but present tannin and elevated acid made this a great food wine. I had it with zucchini parmigiano but could have done well with most food (including a touch of heat)
