Reserva Rioja Tempranillo

A blend of 85% Tempranillo, rest Garnacha, Mazuelo & Graciano, 18 months of barrel aging, medium Ruby with aromas of dark fruits, spice and floral notes. On the palate flavors of fresh cherry and raspberry with espresso, vanilla & toasty oak tones. Soft ripe tannins, lively acidity on a long finish ending with an earthy character. Nice value!

Wonderful Tempranillo. Genius finish. I paid $15 at Costco, worth twice the price.

Fruit bomb. Not complex. Dark fruit and a touch of tobacco maybe? Something a bit off.

I paid $20 for this. Is there a better Rioja value? Sad I only have one case of this.

Lovely Rioja, hints of cherry and berry, moderate to mild tannin, light, happy, slightly sweet.

Held up to strong flavors and spices, hints of tobacco. Earthy.

Very good and affordable. Purchased at costco. Woody smell and taste with a hint of fruitiness. Smooth taste. Probably will give me heartburn.
