A big rich “Barolo Girl” wine, La Morra richness, lots of extraction, and French oak vanilla. If you are looking for lighter brighter traditional Barolo, this may not fit the bill. Very solid wine nonetheless.

I do t do a ton of barolo. Liked this one. Had it with a rib eye. It had a bit more cherry fruit than my typical Bordeaux or Napa cab. Was a nice change of pace. Big, not too big.
