A great Okanagan Chardonnay with a silly name. It’s lean and crisp, good acidity lacks the butteriness of new world chards and instead has plenty of yellow apple and pineapple with a hint of buttered toast. Really enjoyable.

All the mouthfeel you would want from a chard. Lacking in some of the fullness of flavour when it comes to balance and acidity. Oak, vanilla, butter, and grassy notes stand out.
