Had this at a tasting and grabbed a bottle. The House of Croft, founded in 1678, was one of the earliest shippers of Port wines since the seventeenth century. Medium Amber with aromas of dried fruits and nutty earthy notes. On the palate flavors of juicy ripe red fruit, honey and raisins with nutty spice. Lingering sweet finish ending with toasty spices. Great value.

Damn fine tawny. Dried dates, orange peel and clove, very nutty. Shows a touch of ruby color, but nearly all brick, perfect amount of rs, long warm finish. No complaints on this one, cheers.

Consumed 04/2020.. Aging in seasoned oak casks has given this premium port the seductive amber color, silky smoothness and rich mellow flavors which are the hallmarks of the Tawny style.. I don’t know that I would buy it again, but it also was not bad.

Aged at minimum in 7-year casks. Delicately balanced acidity and sweetness. A little nectarine, spiced almond butter, and cream.
