Craggy Range is a family owned winery established in 1997. Pale straw with stone and citrus fruit aromas with hints of honey sweetness. On the palate lively fruit, apple, lime and grapefruit flavors with underlying grassy tones, vivid acidity, crisp and refreshing. Lingering smooth finish ending with a mineral tones.

Niiiice. This NZ sauv traded in it's typical grass & gooseberry for some ripe stone fruit, kefir lime and wet stone. Touch of tropics, finish is clean and light. Just add oysters.

NZ Sauvignon Blanc - but not what you expect. Plump peach rather than direct grassy notes, dry good acidity, with the fuller fruity notes to the fore backed up by herby lime. Big, juicy and great with local fish in a citrus, buttery sauce.

Tons of grapefruit without all the grassy cat pee stuff going on.

Just a whiff, and you know where you are. That classic New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc nose smells like a freshly mowed lawn. Citrus comes through, too, and minerals abound. The palate is as fresh as spring and as lively as a pool party. It’s salad-ready, that’s for sure. Just make sure there’s some seafood in there. Ceviche, I’m thinking.

Not a typical grassy Sauvignon Blanc, complex mouthfeel with stone fruit and citrus.

16' Craggy Range Te Muna Road Vineyard. Dry, grapefruit, lemon zest, and a light mid-palate of chalkiness to it. Delightful on its own.

Singular and crisp with balanced acidity. NZ SB at its finest.
