super dry, big body, and begging for yakitori or a hamburger. color was yellow like those tinted prescription glasses that jeff goldblum sometimes wore. could drink this all night. yee-haw!

Mar 23rd, 2016Dry and robust. Holds up to meat, like beef and pork. Not as smooth as I like my sake. I suggest to imbibe over ice.
