Straw golden. Smells like lemons and daisies. And freshly pulled nice corks. (& it’s a screw top) It’s pretty smooth. Plenty of flavor though. Lemon peels, mineral water and tart green apples. It’s a very drinkable and enjoyable NZ SB.
