This one took about 30 minutes to open and express itself. It was fairly acidic to start, but with some air the raspberry notes started to balance it out. Pretty enjoyable afternoon wine.

Cata de vinos sicilianos Quizás el más flojito de la cata, la madera todavía muy presente y con los torrefactos muy altos según pasaba la cata

A baby! An infant! Cooked fruit with a little butter + gentle minerality + emotion.

Pretty but a little thinner than I expected. Oak also might play too much of a role in this as well. Perhaps I had higher expectations.

Elegant, complex, floreal, fruity, red fruits, aromatic, austere tannins, long fruity finish @Cottanera

Bright color. Dry cherry, red berry and spice. Good acidity and balanced tannins. So food friendly. These wines from Mt. Etna rock. Thanks Beth for the lovely gift.
