Continuing the winery visit. A nobler contrada in terms of vine age and soil richness, this also sees a few months of oak (30% new), and presents a much richer profile accordingly. Yellower fruit and more minerality and brine than the base bianco.

Now one year older, this wine has rounded out. Slightly less vulcanity, closer so Chablis this time around. Excellent.
