Wow. Blew me away on my first date, and young enough for me to be ashamed... So rich and dark chocolatey, dark, dark fruit and wet earth. It just kept changing in the glass. Sock this away if you can show some restraint...the tannins say this will top the voluptuous scales in 5-10 years and I don't mean in the @Bill Bender way (not that there's anything wrong with that!)

Oh wow. I've been a huge fan of Celia, but this is my first time trying her own wine. Gave it a 2 hour decant and it has opened up beautifully. Spice, tobacco and blackberries on the nose. Kirsch on the palate with a hearty dose of fruit and vanilla - this is a rich, medium bodied wine with very soft tannins. And it is delicious. Thank you @David L and Kristen for the recommendation! So glad I was able to find a bottle and finally try it.

Another beauty shared by Dov. The Wine Nerd Herd will meet my friends Dov & Rachel on Saturday!! This is a solid Cabernet. I've always enjoyed Celia Welch's brand. Her Sauvignon Blanc is incredible as well. Dark Fruit on the front Palate, carries to the mid and a strong finish. Thanks Dov!!
