Feb 27th, 2020Food friendly at 13.5% alcohol, extremely complex and subtle. I paired it with a Wagyu NY Strip steak and it was beautiful. Still some tannins and could age easily for another 10 years. Hints of cranberry and tart (but not unsweet) blackberry.

Delicious. Ripe. Concentrated and Decadent. Structurally Soft on the palate with progressive tannins that enveloped the palate in a silky manner. 👍🏻
