This was amazing. Pop and pour but also great 2nd day. So precise. Smooth and pretty. Long life ahead still.

The nose is a little funky, smokey petroleum with light spicy fruit. Much better on the palate with lots of dark berries (blue and black berries) with a touch of woody spice. Great bottle

Almost near perfect for me. This has just the right amount of everything I like in a wine. Showing excellent potential for develop but drinks phenomenally now. Kathy is a genius!

Yin/yang of fullness and viscosity coupled with firm structure. The whole boysenberry pie without the sugar. Floral aromatics already evident. I love the 2013's. Will be released after the new year, 2017.

Nicely balanced with just enough tannins that it could continue to be laid down for a while. Blackberry, blueberry, and cranberry on the palate. Low alcohol (13.4%) makes it food friendly and allows the fruit to shine. Well deserving of a high rating.

2013 Corison Cabernet Sauvignon from the Kronos Vineyard. Deep ruby red/cherry color. Smooth texture with a blueberry role across the tongue, and tight tannins at the end. Could use extra time to open up, but still excellent after being decanted twice.
