Decanted for 3 hours. Opened with bold fruit forward then mellowed in the glass. Toward the end, slight hints of earthy iron! Overall, great 21 year old bottle!

Briefly decanted, strong bouquet. High toned with prominent cherry elements, this took a long time to open up. Still some gritty tannins. This wine has a lot of life left and lots of potential. Recommend checking back in 2-3 years, but this may not hit its stride for a long time.
