Super clear , smells of fresh vegetables and minerals. Tastes of honeydew, wheat grass, and preserved lemon. Some residual sugar. Good.

Stone fruit nose, crisp minerality and slightly grassy with luscious long mouthfeel. Goes nicely with Caprotto cheese from same Piedmont region as the wine. Enjoy on a spring evening.

Very clean with a bit of a minerality of the first sip, it has a lovely tang to it.
