Vanilla pie and blueberries. Weirdly.

Yum. Where is the pasta to go with this please!! Subtle Fruit pleasing acid and elegant structure. Really happy with this selection.

Drinking. Wine. At. Dinner. This is a PERFECT table wine. Enough fruit for the Novice, enough balance and lean acidity on the back for the snob.

Oh look, another Italian wine.

Deep ruby color. Aromas of dark fruit, leather, menthol and baking spices. Black cherry and black raspberry on the palate with hints of dark chocolate, forest floor, black licorice and coffee. Intensely fruit forward finish. Soft tannins and creamy texture. Thanks for the sample, Kase!

Blackberry and tobacco on the nose…little licorice, maybe anise. Very soft…no tannin, dry. Vanilla…it’s very subtle. Wonderful wine! Plum.

このワインは好きで定期的にテイスティング含めてしてるけど、ここ何年かはアルコール度数高くスパイシー。
このビンテージは15度で、果実感とホワイトペッパー。
ただ、紙一重的に柔らかさというかしなやかさを残しているという印象。
