Thick, unrefined Neopolitan Falanghina served with Uni carbonara at Ken Oringer’s Coppa Enoteca, South End, Boston

Open for three days and still in full stride.

Bright lime and sea spray erupt from the glass...richer, rounder, weightier than expected. Nice acid, touch of bitter grip to add some interest. Long complex finish ... nice foil for French Vietnamese takeout. I’m finding Italian dry whites are my jam.

Crisp, dry, delish

Love the mineral quality it’s perfect in warm weather ( salt and stone fruit)
