Really great throwback to Tempranillo of the old days. Crianza designation so just really earthy, red fruit, spice, and leather coming through on the palate.

Wine of the night for me, meaty and forest floor at first was light and a little short, 2 hours later this grew in depth and length showing mint and mocha like an Andy's candy and subtle spice. Elegant and fine tannins have mellowed nicely, creating a fine palate frame. Drink up!

A wee bit past it's prime, but still enjoyable!

Spoiled. Evidence of wine pushing up beyond the end of the cork. Cork oozed wine when pierced by the corkscrew. Color was fine...slightly bricking, but the juice smelled of hair spray and nail varnish mixed but you could sense that there was a wine of real quality in the background. Flat profile. Real shame.

Beautiful. Right where it needs to be. Structured with perfect harmony of fruit and rocks

Well balanced between iron, scorched earth, and resolved fruit and tannin. Drinking pretty.

Everything I've come to expect and love in a Spanish red wine. Red fruits with a beautiful cedar quality. A slight touch of tobacco, with plenty of dried cranberry and raspberry. This guy still has another 30+ years before it truly stops showing well.
