Spicy on the tip, oaky on the mid, weak on the nose... unsure about how I feel about it.

Black!! Can't see through it through light. Heavy body, buttery feel, rich taste, good acidity, dry, fruity.

Solid choice. Lots of rubber and petrol when we first cracked the bottle, which softened to sweet tobacco on the nose an hour later. Great with pasta and meaty tomato sauce.

This is a solid wine and a great match for fall fare. Earthy, dark fruits, and a peppery, chalky, yet smooth finish.
