Organic Mendoza Bonarda

Vintage 2021 | underestimated grape, Bonarda. It does remind me of a Beaujolais Cru, because of its fruitiness and tangy structure. Needs aeration.

Ruby red color, medium body, tart flavor, goes well with 🍕!
