2012 Fiano di gravina in puglia da colli di murgia bio. Sure does smell and taste like alto adige gewurztraminer from a warmer climate. Wheres an ampelographer when i need one? Pretty wine with my porcini/truffle oil ravioli with snow peas, peas, and oregano on top.

Light straw colors, initially reticent nose - slowly unfolded showing flowers & lanolin. On the palate fairly rigid acidic structure, all sharp edges and bone dry. This is def a food wine, seafood & the like
