Tasted blind in group of winos, including an MW, and we all thought it was a seriously well crafted Chardy of the Burgundian school. Intensely mineral but with nice weight and excellent structure. Yim!

Shazam I love this wine. But don't serve it too cold as the flavours need a touch of warmth and even a little decant to show their true colours.

Jul 10th, 2016Yum yum yum. Zappy savoury goodness. Don't chill this too much or you will obliterate the flavour and get nothing but acid. Built to age with excellent fruit/acid/oak balance, yet still eminently drinkable now with a bit of air.
