This is an excellent wine, I just don’t love this style of Syrah. Big, opulent, silky, the tannins are fairly well integrated. Drank it by itself, maybe a food pairing would help. Cabernet and Cab blends are where Col Solare shines for me.

Had this on the second day, quite subdued. Still nice though, didn't quite taste like a typical Syrah though.
