Blend of Chardonnay, Parellada, Macabeo & Xarel-l, pale straw yellow color, tiny bubbles, good flow with light mousse with aromas of stone and citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, pear and citrus notes. Well balanced, medium length. Great value, a favorite.

I just cannot get excited by this 70% Chardonnay Cava. Straw colored, slight lemony nose coupled with baked apples, fine mousse, palate is mainly applesauce with acidity in the form of lemons and a touch of green apple.
