Named after the last member of the Codorníu family who married Don Manuel Raventós, their descendants still lead the company today. Blend of Chardonnay, Parellada, Macabeo & Xarel-l, pale straw yellow color, tiny bubbles, good flow with light mousse with aromas of stone and citrus fruits. On the palate flavors of apple, peach, pear and citrus notes. Well balanced, medium length. Great value, a favorite.

For the price? Pretty awesome, honestly. Lots of toast, got some acidity which wasn't my favorite but otherwise easily my favorite bubbly under $20. Really tasted champagne-like, sans finish (a little acidic for my taste). Bubbles super even.

First had this at the winery in Catalonia and now am obsessed with Cavas. More full flavor then typical Bruts
