Cremant de Bourgogne, a terrific step in for Champagne made the same way with the same grapes. This one is all Chardonnay, blanc de blancs in character with some toasty brioche notes that highlight a minerally and fresh palate of lemon/lime, 🍏 apples too . Happy 4th 🇺🇸 via 🇫🇷 (they were a big help in our quest for independence #Lafayette)
