Muscat isn't my favorite variety. This is classically aromatic with dried roses and all the other grandmother's sachet smellies. But there's funk and texture and depth on the palate that pulls me back. Interesting.

Always a huge fan of Hardy and his creations. This just rips when you decant it four a couple of hours. It hits that floral, aromatic note but bends beyond that with spicy and savory notes. Hazy sunshine in a bottle

Hazy, chunky, funky skin contact bone-dry Muscat based white blend... I’m not a huge fan/advocate for “orange wines”—but I love this wine and the roller/coaster journey it offers. Low 12 % ABV, searing acidity, and textural power....savory, rather than fruity... thought-provoking, and I love the sour tart finish. Hardy Wallace is quietly crafting a series of wines that redefines what wine does and can do.
