Dark ruby. Dark cherry black truffle on the nose. Very smooth with notes of dark fruit and earth. Complex, balance acidity. A very nice wine

A one of a kind wine. One of the only producers in the Provençal Alps. The blend is 50% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre, 10% Grenache 10% Cabernet. All of the fruit was lost in the 2017 vintage, so other vignerons throughout Provence provided fruit & this Cuvee Speciale was born. Ripe forest berries & smoke. Wonderfully textured & layered. Pick one up if you find one.
