Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc White Rhone Blend

A manly white, to be sure, viscous and rich yet with enough bright baked apple and dense citrus to create balance. Grilled buttered shellfish calling out for this beast.

Great white Chat with good acidity and balance. I could drink this often.

Apples and apple juice. Seems I waited too long to open this one.

Light color. Agree with Reynolds on tangerine and melon. I also get honeyed candle. Palette is so fat and tense that it’s hard to make out. Long and lingering peppery finish.

Young grenache clairette roussane blend with a subtle nose and a very round feel.

Intense viscosity of ripe peach and white flowers.

Clean, crisp, beautiful 2015 clos st Jean white. Young lemon/fresh lemon grass, crisp green apple. Supple and round. Amazing!
