No specific notes but an excellent blend of Shiraz and Grenache, reasonable octane at 13.5. Really good stuff.

Really awesome expression of the grape - but I guessed wrong, it’s-Grenache apparently. Maybe hit a high point in its age.

Superbe nez : puissant mais complexe, plein de trucs...
En bouche, encore, malgré ses 8 ans, beaucoup de matière, ça sèche encore un peu les gencives et la langue. En a sous le pied !

Languedoc at it's best. Eine Cuvée aus den Rebsorten Syrah, Grenache & Mourvèdre Jahrgang 2009(im Moment sowas von auf den Punkt aber mit dem Potential für einige weitere Jahre im Keller->war wohl ein super Jahrgang 😊). Würzig, dicht, mineralisch, lang und trotzdem filigran(geschliffen) mit ordentlich Trinkfluss. Brombeere, schwarzer Johannisbeere, leicht fleischig, bissl Lakritze, dezent spürbare aber nicht unangenehme Tannine und eine tolle Säure. Für mich ein absolutes Rotwein PL-Highlight.
