evolving, this bottle shows the many sides of this grape. Starts our ripe and flesh/fruity, citric notes come up, supple vertical structure. Not a loud bottle, understated.

Citrus rind, honeydew melon, elderflower, green cardamom, chamomile, gardenias. Vibrant acid, oily texture, medium bodied, crisp stony-slightly floral finish. Delicate aromatics, rich mineral presence. Great on it's own, exceptional food wine.
