A little dulled by oxidation, which is a shame.

evolving, this bottle shows the many sides of this grape. Starts our ripe and flesh/fruity, citric notes come up, supple vertical structure. Not a loud bottle, understated.

Textured and round. Floral, autumn apples.

Green apple, fruity, lovely acid

Lemon curd, wet wool & sweet dreams

working overtime, i guess to drink this wine in pajamas? as the 24 year old kitten at my work says "you're just filling the void" - i'd fill it with this again.

Fruity alive almost Sauternes in color. Super grapey.

Hmm don't quite get this natural wine thing. Not too sweet or buttery which is a plus, but reminds me of kombucha

Citrus rind, honeydew melon, elderflower, green cardamom, chamomile, gardenias. Vibrant acid, oily texture, medium bodied, crisp stony-slightly floral finish. Delicate aromatics, rich mineral presence. Great on it's own, exceptional food wine.
