This was spectacular. Singing. Opened very closed with a orangy, salty, savoury character. With time, the wine broadened, becoming much sweeter, with wonderful meaty, black and red cherry, spice and salt flavours. It was Rhone at its best.

Structured, detailed, and clean. Cassis, and plumb from the Grenache mixed with pepper cedar notes from the shiraz. Salty character from the terroir. Altitude and cool air from Ventoux giving elegance. Very good

This Grenache blend when first opened presents a fruity and fresh flavor. But after air contact, the finish tasted like battery acid. Good but not worth its high price. .
