Deep purple. Intense nose of kirsch, bitter almond and pastry. Could be cherry pie in a glass. With that said, there is no fat or excess sweetness here. Driven, fresh and elegant tannins at 5 years old. Just delicious.

I’m betting not many acid freaks look to Corbieres, but the few that do look here. Savory, minerally nose has some spicy dark berries but mostly pulverized rocks. Lean but mouthfilling, with beautifully pure ripe dark berries, very crisp acids, and loads of minerality. This would be outrageous with a winter lamb stew.

Deep ruby hue (almost opaque). Aromas and flavors of blackberry, cherry, plum, and slate. Medium body, with medium tannins and acid. Balanced and approachable. Long finish. Solid QPR. 60% Carignan, 30% Syrah, 10% Grenache.

Gorgeous purple color just hangs on the glass after swirled. Fruit nose is clean and inviting. Gripping tannins. Nice fruit not lost to the structure of the wine. Great wine maker back story - all natural, all by hand, lots of biodiversity, red clay soil, linestone influence. A fantastic expression of terrior. Probably best enjoyed with a meal.

Full body rich with dark fruit. Med tannin , med acidity. A bit high alcohol for me.
