Beautifully delicate complexity. A little bit more tannin flavor than expected, though that may be due to a slightly weak cork on my specific bottle. Nonetheless, a great wine and quite drinkable. Super fresh and crisp with a striking robustness despite the lighter body.

Carignan wine in carbonic maceration. Light garnet dress. Hyper expressive nose between black and red fruits, flowers, and roasted aromas cocoa, licorice. Silky, airy mouth, wines with a non-interventionist spirit. A beautiful glouglou, evoking the spirit of Beaujolais wines, very accessible, well foreshadowing the more elaborate cuvées of the estate.
Un Carignan en macération carbonique. Robe grenat claire. Nez hyper expressif entre fruits noirs et rouges, fleurs, et arômes torréfiés cacao, réglisse. Bouche soyeuse, des vins à l’esprit peu interventionnistes. Un beau glouglou, évoquant l’esprit des vins du Beaujolais, très accessible, préfigurant bien les cuvées plus élaborées du domaine, entre finesse et gourmandise.
