Cool wine. Funky. Cured meat and barnyard.

100% Cinsault. Medium ruby color. Aromas and flavors of salami, beef jerky, dark chocolate and black fruit. Spicy finish. Silky and elegant, but also has a rustic, earthy and meaty quality. Interesting and complex.

Light, earthy, definitely natural (ie barnyard funk).

Fruit, but not memorable

bold, spicy start. elegant finish, with a nice longueur en bouche. hints of strawberries. total surprise— glad we opted for final bottle.

Tanins fins, une bouche sur un fruit bien croquant
