Wow! Really fun wine. Still a bit tight. First time seeing green in a white - zesty, ebullient, great for a wine of any age. Blind I would have thought it was less than half its age.

Australian Chardonnay is all grown up these days. Gone are the super oak fuelled chardys of yesteryear, now we see complexity from cool-climate regions. Buttery, nutty and perhaps a little fruit driven currently that may elude to a few more years of cellaring to unlock its full potential. Nonetheless this wine is a major surprise!
