North Coast Viognier

This wine is very nice. The best Viognier I've had from a retailer.

Viognier isn't an oft planted grape for a reason, there aren't a lot of places that can do it well.

Nose has exotic fruits of pineapple, apricot, peach, & some mango & citrus with floral notes of orange blossom. Mouth is apricot & pink grapefruit rind with some slight prepped lingering at the finish. IMO it seems a little out of balance with alcohol at 14.0%

Fruity

Solid meade type aromas with a light peppery notes. Very mild fruit. Nice soft palette with low acid. Reminds me of a chard. Finished full dry with the white pepper and a touch mineral. I like this style of white

Stone fruit, honey and citrus - decent for the price

First try was corked

Smooth and wet with a fruity smell. This also isn't too sweet, but rather fruity and refreshing.

Peach and apricot, floral notes with traces of sweet butter.

Not crazy about this one. It had an after taste that was not very appealing though it went down quite easily. Would not get it again...
