Cashmere Exquisite California White Blend

Really missed the mark here in almost every conceivable way outside of obvious flaws.

Stony minerality of chardonnay meets complex fruit of muscat and viogner. Quite delish!

Pale gold in color with a nose of apricot, vanilla, and pear with a slight hint of lemon. It sounds strange, but l’m also picking up a scent almost like buttered pasta. Medium-bodied with a hint of sweetness. The finish is long, but I’m not sure it takes me where I want to go. Has a tart grapefruit like quality on the finish.

Not too sweet not too dry, yum!

Sweet and soft. Smells good. Tastes of apples and fresh fruits.

Floral notes, well balanced and complex. Serving with swain, mushrooms, spaghetti squash, with garlic and red wine reduction.
