Preisingers wines were belong the best things from Austria, even all the representative countries I've tasted at RAW Berlin yesterday. High acidity paired with a outstanding mouth feeling. Quince, hay and some earthy notes on the nose.

This is clearly a great wine, but there is some spiky acidity and alcohol-forwardness that disagrees with me, but I think it’s just me as my companions are loving it.

A rare beast, Pinot Blanc made in amphora. Not an orange wine, though there are some cloudy particles of opulence within, it's like tasting Pinot Blanc in a new context that is golden, and so textural and shimmering like silk that it's hard to describe, except to say delicious & very memorable....
