This wine needs a LONG time to open up. The #cabernet #merlot blend greets you with egregious fruit and vanilla without any tannins for structure nor acidity for balance. After a full day in the wine fridge, it came alive with acidity, that vanilla receding to the background and some decent layers of flavor. I suspect the other bad reviews just gave up on the wine after uncorking.
