Bluish red fruits, rusty tannins, some green tobacco and leather coming out with air. I like his fiano better but this is a no fuss rustic and delicious food wine. Good acids, comes off like a deep mineral pool on the nose.

agree that the Fiano from Picariello is the real showstopper, but this aglianico ain't shabby, either.
