This is a classic oaked chardonnay; another winner from church & State, my favourite bc winery. Tropical fruits on the nose, a buttery, almost salty, full flavour in the mouth, and a long lasting, sweet, warm finish. Low acidity. All in all a very pleasing wine, especially with food.

Aug 22nd, 2015Chardonnay (mismatched). Amazing!! 11 month aged in 33% French oak. Initial/mid spiciness, finishes buttery and coats hour mouth. Slightly Zesty finish
