Assyrtiko dominated nose with steely, flinty lemons and salty rocks but there’s also some underripe apricot and a hint of bergamot. Fresh & racy.
Vibrant & racy on the palate but with great energy & good depth. Nice minerality and zippy acidity with salty lemons. Good length.

This is a great combo! Not sure if I’ve had kydonitsa before. Lemon and sea salt on the nose. Very dry and crisp. Tart. Some acidity in a good way. Lemon and unripe nectarine.
