Idiosyncratic chard. First thing this made me think of was English cider.
Yeast nose with orange oil. Palate displays oranges and orchard apples, with tannins and bright acidity. Doesn’t resemble a chardonnay, but it’s an interesting departure.
A reco from @S.S. Mandani - Thank you my friend.
Happy thanksgiving to one and all. I’m doing a sous vide everything 🤗

Nov 27th, 2019Freshly squeezed orange juice, apricot jam, a handful of herbs, slight rose water finish in the bouquet.
A cold herbaceous gin cocktail on a hot summer day, it bleeds oranges, but also mangoes. Luxurious silken mouthfeel. Love the natural color, process, and story.
A joy to drink. Perfect for autumn and remembering the last days of summer.
