Top Notes For
Pale yellow. Light and fuzzy on the nose. Mineral, a bit acidic, and fresh. Gramnysmith apple, lemon curds, and yuzu peel round it off. Good mouth feel.

Jan 8th, 2021As effervescent and twee as the label.
It’s got a bit of zing and a bit of fizz, a lot of old world flavor, and a ton of easy drinker. It goes from zesty on day one to old world rustic French Chardonnay on day two. Would drink again, especially on a hot day on some cool waters.

Fresh, startling, and pleasant bouquet. It’s almost one-to-one like the fragrance of ripping into a fresh peach, the red, supple skin.
Fresh orange juice, too.
Mouthwatering. Woah. There’s some good herby zip here. Reserved, medium acidity, which the carbonation nicely compliments. Definitely peach soda type vibes with a honey coating and tarragon finish.
Lovely.
