Hugely sedimented and cloudy, always a good sign in my book. Big yeasty, vitaminy nose with some fresh but unripe tropical fruit lurking in the background. Huge acidity, sour peaches and umami white pepper, really delicious stuff. Scheurebe and Pinot Blanc blend.

Hard to rate such an autonomous wine this young. The menacing duo of thirst and impatience strikes once again!

Alfred Hrdlicka label - borderline almost X-rated. Wine excellent. I really do like his whites. At Vino Carta in San Diego. White pepper, lemon and Gooseberries - Great stuff / One of the benchmark wines folks should try. Was introduced at Bells in Los Alamos to this winery. Needs about. 1 hour to open up.

Scheurebe Pinot Blanc Blend. Young needs a little bit more age. A great wine to pair with all kinds of food sans steak. Green apple, tart, almond blossoms. Super nice. At Bell‘s in Los Alamos the new and only Michelin ⭐️ place in Santa Barbara County. Very well worth visiting!!!

White flowers, stone, hint of petrol, white nectarine, light citrus. Brings me back for more. Really outstanding. I want more!

Singular stuff. Cloudy mid yellow. Bruised apple, apricot and depth. Highly recommended if you have a bit of adventure in your soul.

A lot of cidery-ness. Fresh clean energy

Very focused acidity, light and a bit astringent. The fruit profile is not quite ripe, keeping the wine on the fresh side of things. Clean as a whistle during three days.
