Stony. Fresh, tight, grip. Long lemon and lime acid. Very pale in color. Shy at first but blossomed quickly, very delectable.

Needs more time. Still very tight, even on day 2. I think this will reveal even more with time. Delicious now, I just feel there is more to unpack with some bottle age.
