Needs a little more time, still delicious

Good cab, past it’s prime. Decanted 4 hours and solid, but I remember this being bolder 4-5 years ago.

Blackberry delight. A beautiful fruit centric cab, none of this oak bomb bullshit. What a pleasure to drink a wine 3/4ths your age

Like me, this might be approaching "over the hill" but it still has a lot to offer. Ripe tannins, impressive finish...hints of blackberry jam on the nose...leathery...everything I want from a California cab, though sadly this is the last bottle.
