Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

Classic Sancerre. Wet white stone, green grass, grapefruit, white peach, lemon zest.

Mineraly and fresh, and good.

Nice crisp white. Strong but consistent - really enjoyed it.

Bone dry and very crisp acidity. Maybe a bit too much acidity. Citrus-y acidity. Not totally balanced. This is not meant for a new-world (California style) palate. Probably goes ok with oysters

Too austere and acidic for my taste.

Minerally and a bit chalky goodness. K&L $15
